We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is marked as delivered by the carrier.

To be eligible for a return or refund:

  • The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

  • The item may be tried on for fitting and evaluation purposes.

  • The item should be in reasonably good condition.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

  • Customers must contact our support team before sending any item back.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible. In such cases, customers may request a return after delivery in accordance with this policy.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue

  • Photos of the packaging when applicable

After review, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will investigate with the shipping carrier.

Please note:

  • Tracking updates may take 3–5 business days to appear.

  • Shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, weather conditions, holidays, or incorrect shipping information are outside our direct control.

  • If tracking has not updated for more than 10 business days, customers may contact us for assistance.

Delivered Orders

Orders marked as "Delivered" by the shipping carrier will be considered successfully delivered.

If a customer believes a delivered package is missing, they should first:

  • Check with household members

  • Check with neighbors

  • Contact building management or mailroom staff

  • Contact the shipping carrier directly

Tracking confirmation and delivery confirmation provided by the carrier may be used as proof of successful delivery.

Refused Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Orders refused at delivery or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may be subject to return shipping fees, reshipping fees, or handling charges.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return if they have been excessively used, damaged by misuse, or are no longer in resalable condition.

Refund Processing
